Learn corrective skin care the way I do it.
Three days in my Hamilton studio, a small cohort, and the full method behind my results: consultation led, barrier first, and planned over months, not sold off a menu.
Join the WaitlistI built the studio I could not find. Now I teach how.
I am Pollianna Rolle, corrective skin specialist and the founder of The Skin Health Lab. I coach skin the way good training works: through consistent care, a real plan, and progress measured over months. There is no quick fix, and I do not sell one.
When I was learning corrective work, most training taught a device or a product line. Nobody taught the whole method: how to assess, how to plan a year of skin, how to document it, and how to build a studio where clients stay, follow the plan, and get results. This training is the one I needed. I teach everything I actually do, in the room where I do it.
For skin specialists who want to do corrective skin care properly.
- You are a licensed skin specialist who feels stuck at relaxation style services
- You want to work confidently with acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, including on melanin rich skin
- You are a solo provider or small studio owner who wants clients on plans and memberships, not single bookings
- You are tired of training that sells you a device and leaves you alone with it
You will need a valid esthetics or medical aesthetics credential and current liability insurance to attend.
Three days. One complete method.
My training philosophy, skin science with a corrective lens, the barrier first method, functional hydration, consultation and assessment mastery, the Stabilize, Correct, Maintain planning framework, and my documentation system.
Acne and post inflammatory hyperpigmentation with melanin rich skin at the centre, microneedling taught as a series, peel selection and progression with proper prep rules, a live demonstration, and supervised hands on practice.
Memberships, programs and pricing, Subscribe and Save refill systems, the client experience standard, automation around the treatment, and marketing in your own voice. Case reviews, final assessment, and certification.
One price. Nothing held back.

Do I need experience with advanced treatments first?
No. You need your credential and your insurance. Day 1 builds the foundation everything else stands on, whether you have been working for two years or ten.
Is this product or device training?
No. I teach a method, not a machine and not a product line. The method works with the tools you already have or choose later.
Will I be certified?
You will receive a certificate of completion from The Skin Health Lab on Day 3, after the final assessment. It confirms you completed my master training. It does not replace your own licensing or insurance obligations.
What if I cannot make the dates after I book?
Your deposit transfers once to a future cohort. That is exactly what the transfer is for.
Your clients deserve a plan. So does your career.
Cohorts are capped at six and announced to the waitlist first. Join the waitlist, tell me where you are in your work, and I will confirm whether this cohort is the right fit.
