I only recommend treatments after assessment, when your skin’s readiness, tolerance, and home care support them. That order is what protects your results, and it is why a consultation comes first.

Scope, in plain language: I work as a corrective skin specialist and medical aesthetician. I recommend treatments and home care within that scope. I do not diagnose medical conditions or prescribe medication, and I will recommend appropriate medical care when a concern is outside my scope.

Do I need a consultation first?

Yes, in most cases. The complimentary 60-minute consultation is where readiness is assessed and a plan is set, so treatments are recommended for your skin rather than chosen from a menu.

Why are some treatments priced at consultation?

Because the right treatment, and its sequence, depends on your skin’s readiness and goals. Pricing at consultation keeps the recommendation honest and plan-based, rather than one-size-fits-all.

Can I book from outside Hamilton?

Yes. The Virtual Skin Health Audit ($197) is the remote alternative, by video, with a clear plan you can follow from home.

Is this a medical clinic?

No. The Skin Health Lab is a corrective skin health studio. I recommend care as a corrective skin specialist and medical aesthetician; I do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication.
